A JavaScript Developers Guide to WebAssembly
About

WebAssembly provides a new way to write consistently performant code for the web (and beyond!) from a selection of different source languages. The technology has seen a reasonable amount of attention from the web development community, but are we just scratching the surface? Will it soon change how we build web applications forever? In this talk we will look at how JavaScript developers can make the leap over to WebAssembly using the AssemblyScript language, a close neighbour of TypeScript which has become very popular in the JavaScript community.
