I've made some experience in the e-commerce world, at first building them for some of the most famous Italian Fashion Brands then taking the role of CTO for an Italian Fashion Startup (www.fashionis.com). Since the beginning of 2015 I'm the CEO and CTO of Stentle, an Omnichannel E-Commerce PaaS. I love to bring innovation to my clients, Lean Methodologies, Slack and working with my Mac abroad.

I work proudly and passionately for a team of highly skilled individuals with whom I share common vision and objectives. I firmly believe that digital transformation and technological innovation are possible only through a radical cultural change. I love scouting IT talents and facilitate their work and I’m a strong believer in nurturing self-directed teams.
