In this talk I present our journey building a Streaming Data Platform at ING Germany. Being able to process huge amounts of data in (near) real-time is crucial in today's business. Our goal is to provide engineers a platform where they can manage their stream processing applications built with Apache Flink. We take a look into details of our Kubernetes Operator implementation as well as the decisions behind it.
