In this session we will see how foundational models are changing traditional MLOps. We will see the key differentiators between three types of user types: providers, fine-tuners and consumers. We will start with a traditional end-to-end MLOps architecture and we will evolve it into an FMOps architecture at scale. We will also discuss how to perform model selection and monitor its performance.
