Facebook, Amazon, Google and so on are not the problem. They are just the symptoms of a broken data economy and will be history in the foreseeable future anyway, like many tech giants before them. The problem is the underlying system and business architecture, if this does not change, the successors will not be better.
Today's business architectures have created dysfunctional markets and system architectures play tricks on the user. So how does an architecture have to look like that benefits citizens, business and civil society in equal measure?
