In the past decade, developer communities and events have strongly emerged, promoting a solid diverse ecosystem among software engineers.

Over the last few years, we have experienced that lots of developers started collaborating more with each other, have a better understanding of their value and roles, regardless of languages, platforms or area of expertise.

What about management?

It has been often left outside those events and developers circles, and criticized, sometimes for good reasons. As a Developer and Engineering Manager myself, I think it's the right time to try to fill this gap.
