Interview with Andrea Falcone at Codemotion Berlin 2019
About
During the Codemotion Berlin 2019 conference, Andrea Falcone presented the talk "Your first AOSP contribution". We asked Andrea these questions: What is the most common mistake in a software development company, when thinking about diversity? Which skills (technical and non-technical) would you say a developer, who wants to make his career path in the field of software engineering, should have? In your opinion, what are the main benefits of working in a diverse team? Imagine that your team leader does not want to invest additional time and resources in diversity. What would you do to convince him? How difficult is to contribute to the Android Open-Source Platform (AOSP)?
