Interview with Omosola Odetunde at Codemotion Berlin 2018 (part 1)
About

Omosola Odetunde was a speaker at the Codemotion Berlin 2018 conference, with the talk “Fantastic Data and Where to Find Them: The Importance of Knowing What (and Who) Is Missing”. She answered a few questions: What are the ethical risks of relying on Machine Learning models? Do you think there should always be a person who acts as gatekeeper, or models will end up learning from their own biases? Do ethical concerns influence a CTO, and if yes, how so? Do they affect solely you, or each member of the team is also affected?
