About

Real-time observability is essential for server-side development. There are existing industry standard open source solutions. In comparison, on mobile, observability has conventionally heavily focused on crash reporting and event tracking.

Pulse is introduced on top of Envoy Mobile, to bring time-series observability to the mobile world.

Our goal is to make real-time observability a second nature for mobile developers when they want to monitor their apps to track performance. We started piloting Pulse at Lyft with some of our features, and we are excited to share our progress.
