Product discovery and delivery done better with Open Source
In dynamic markets product discovery needs to happen constantly for companies to stay in business. Reducing complexity in software systems by dividing them into microservices has brought challenges to product delivery. With a global employee base across different time zones, languages and expertise levels, it gets even more complex. This talk will show how both products and teams can improve by applying Open Source principles & mechanisms. Karla, product manager at Sauce Labs, and her colleague Diego, software engineer active in the OS community, will prove their point with real-life examples.
