This talk aims to provide a short commentary on Chuck Moore's unpublished great book "Programming a Problem Oriented Language" (1971). Being a developer I'll provide the commentary as code, viz. an implementation for a language like the one Moore introduces in the book. But I won't provide a Forth interpreter here, rather I'll show how the basic ideas put forth by Moore in his book, in addition to being simple and elegant, are still relevant as programming techniques, although quite heretical compared to software engineering wisdom. Warning for Forth aficionados: syntax will be unPolished.
