A lot of organizations are already working in Agile Dev/Ops setting for a while. Most of them got rid of the old-fashioned testers and expect from the DEV engineers that they do proper testing before releasing the software. But how can we do proper testing? What does it bring you and why should we apply test techniques? During this session I will point out some test techniques with an example. After this you will surely start setting up test cases by applying test techniques.

I started as a testing professional in 1998. I have worked for various clients in telecom, leisure and financial industry in The Netherlands and abroad. In 2014 I moved to ING and made the switch to DEV engineer. Besides testing I also started developing Tibco services and API’s. In 2018 I switched my focus back to testing. Started different improvement initiatives in bringing testing to a higher level. I was one the founders of the ING Test Maturity Model (iTMM) which is also distributed outside ING. Nowadays I am challenging DEV/OPS teams in testing and help them in getting the job done!
